Had a scheduled appointment for 9 am. Express Oil change didn’t start until 10:30 and finished at 11. Cost was 50% higher than the dealership I purchased the vehicle from. I had to approach her to find out when the service was going to start. What’s the point of making appointments if you have to wait 1.5 hrs for 0.5 hr job. More
