I am not sure of the need for an appointment when it still takes over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I have had other dealerships give me a loaner if time will be over an hour. My vehicle still takes over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I have had other dealerships give me a loaner if time will be over an hour. We bought our Jeep a month ago and we were very happy working with Isaiah on the sales floor. He worked with us on our trade and made sure everything was to our liking. Ended up having a very minor issue working with Isaiah on the sales floor. He worked with us on our trade and made sure everything was to our liking. Ended up having a very minor issue with the new car and not only did Isaiah help us out again, Maddie in the service department was fast, seamless and made our experience as easy as possible.
