Found a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak on Monday. Called Auto Nation and set up an appointment for a replacement tire for Wed. 8:30 AM. Tire was under warranty. Arrived early and was told it would be a 90 minute wait to replace the tire since folks were ahead of me. What's the point in making an appointment if you are not reserved that time slot? After a 70 minute wait I was informed they didn't have the tire. One would be delivered around 3 PM. They had two day notice to get the tire..... Had to return the next day for the repair More

I went to the dealership to purchase a car for my son. I spoke to Sean regarding purchasing the car. We discussed several things that needed to be fixed and they agreed to have it done. One was the key FO I spoke to Sean regarding purchasing the car. We discussed several things that needed to be fixed and they agreed to have it done. One was the key FOB which was damaged and would not open the door. Manager came out and said they would replace it if I agreed to write a positive review. I said no problem. The car was dirty so Sean agreed to have it detailed and put aside for when I returned with my son after school at 5pm. At about 3pm, Sean emailed me and said the car was clean and ready. I told him great and see you at 5pm. When I arrived to the dealership with my son, Sean came out and said he was very sorry but they just sold the vehicle. He blamed it on his Manager and really had no good response. I felt this was extremely unprofessional considering he told me he would clean it and set aside for our 5pm meeting. Very disrespectful to have me drive 40 minutes with my son to sell it 30 minutes before our scheduled meeting. I asked to speak to the Manager because I wanted him to look me in the eyes. He refused to come out and talk to me. Again, guilty response and very unprofessional. They never even called me to give me a heads up. I would never think you could be treated this way from AutoNation Jeep Chrysler in North Richland Hills. More
