Communication and professionalism is severely lacking. Car was in shop for two weeks. Service says they left a voicemail on a Monday that it was complete and come Friday that same week I’m calling to ge Car was in shop for two weeks. I had no clue it was complete and never got a voicemail. They never tried calling me back throughout the week to tell me it was complete. Just purchased the vehicle 3 months ago used and they said they fixed everything on it but in fact I had to pay for a leaking transmission pan, rotors and brakes were bad even though they stated they were re surfaced and new brakes were installed. Rotors were starting to crack. Struts show signs of leaking. We paid 19,000 cash and that’s what we get. Dirty car salesman. I honestly can’t say anything good about Autonation Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge on interstate loop 820 in Fort Worth. It has been a horrible experience. They need new management and need to get the place in check. I would not recommend them to anyone. More

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was at the dealership for 3 hours waiting for the oil change.
