Issue buying car. Issue on warranty. Issue oil change done. Had apt. Had to wait. Took 2 hours. Employee spun my tires taking car back. Moved seat and steering wheel. Issue on warranty. Issue oil change done. Had apt. Had to wait. Took 2 hours. Employee spun my tires taking car back. Moved seat and steering wheel. Opened my trunk for some reason. Had prints all over car. Put hood pins on upside down. Didn’t wipe oil that spilled changing oil filer. Had oil in my garage floor. Had to clean up 3 times. Employee spilled oil on ignition coils. Every time at this dealer. Always a issue. Nobody to greet u as u pull up into service line. No organization. Nobody seems to know what is going on in service. So many things done wrong on my oil change. More
