This dealership sold my Jeep Wrangler that I had a deposit on and was told in writing it was mine. Dishonest, unethical, zero follow up. Daniel Thomas(salesman)doesn’t have the professionalism to call deposit on and was told in writing it was mine. Dishonest, unethical, zero follow up. Daniel Thomas(salesman)doesn’t have the professionalism to call you back after being caught lying to you. Julie Trieu(director)is the same. This is my very first review. I just want to warn you right now to never trust anything this dealership tells you. They only care about themselves. I requested a call back from the General Manager twice. No call back. If there is another dealership nearby use them. More

Got my oil changed on 07/27/22. Had an appointment and I was still there 3 hours later and get my car a mile down the freeway and the car smoking real bad. Mechanic let the oil ring Had an appointment and I was still there 3 hours later and get my car a mile down the freeway and the car smoking real bad. Mechanic let the oil ring off the filter. So I had to drive back to replace the filter and they sprayed the oil off and left my car a mess. Oil is still on the engine and car is left with water mark amd grease!!!! Not happy at all More
