Tried calling. No GM is ever available. I’ve called more times than I can count. I’ve even called a personal cell phone left via email asking for our feedback but no response. Terrible customer service. Today my vehicle is in service and I was told it would be ready by the end of the day but was just told the “new” part is bad and you have no loaners available. Want to rectify this? Get some loaners available and start having your GM answer the phone.
