Matt and his team at Auto Nation did a fantastic job! I thought the transmission was out but they were honest and replaced the speed sensor. I bought this van 5 years ago new. Very ethical and honest dealer so far. I put money down to hold a vehicle for 1 week. The dealer lowered the price of that same make/model during this period of time. I asked if they wo I put money down to hold a vehicle for 1 week. The dealer lowered the price of that same make/model during this period of time. I asked if they would lower the price to match and they did. There was a bit of confusion by both parties in the final payment. I over paid and the dealer caught this. They informed me I will be reimbursed in about 10 days. I haven't received the check yet but I'm giving them 5 stars for be ethical and doing the right thing at every decision point thus far. More

I took my jeep in for an oil change and to look at a possible loose bracket. The service agent was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He told me the car would be ready in about 1 and 1/2 hrs.
