Three nightmarish attempts getting three issues repaired. A long story short, the third attempt to get the three issues fixed. After leaving multiple messages with multiple people and it being in their shop A long story short, the third attempt to get the three issues fixed. After leaving multiple messages with multiple people and it being in their shop for 5 1/2 weeks I was going to get my truck or go to jail. The service writer (Joshua Rasor) almost never called me back. I did get my truck after paying a $100.00 deductible only because it was cheaper than paying for bail! More
