Called twice to make an Appointment and got nowhere with that. Went to set an appt in person and was told there was noone in line so I could go ahead and get it done. An hr later they still hadn't even pull that. Went to set an appt in person and was told there was noone in line so I could go ahead and get it done. An hr later they still hadn't even pulled my car in. Once they did it was easily 45 minutes before it was done. Then the service advisor had left so I had no idea who to pay and get my keys from. All in all not the best experience. More

Buying the car process is good just getting service done to my vehicle is bad nearly took about 2-3 hours for an oil change never got an update or anything.
