After finding a Gladiator online, the salesman emailed me a buyer worksheet with a higher price and milage at 16. When I arrived at dealership, the vehicle had 3500 miles. I refused the purchase, so he said he would find an identical vehicle for same price. When he handed me the new buyer worksheet, it was for $1200 more. I talked with the sales manager, and he said it was because that one was more expensive, even though it was identical. I recommended one that had less options and with a cheaper MSRP. He priced that one even high than the previous one. They tried a "bait and switch", then lied about why they couldn't honor their word. Do NOT buy here! More

We discussed the advertised price and she made adjustments to be more competitive. I was then introduced to the finance department and they arranged financing for me. I was introduced to other members of their team who gave me their cards in case I needed anything after I took delivery. Then, what really surprised me, Lexi offered to drive my new Jeep to my home in Wichita Falls that is 120 miles away. That was great since I thought I was going to have to pay for a delivery service at my expense. I love this Jeep and Lexi and the AutoNation team made it perfect. More
