The worst service ever. My husband truck broke down after only having it for 8 months. We took out a extended warranty due to buying a used truck. We get in the truck n no warning n no lights on but a loud only having it for 8 months. We took out a extended warranty due to buying a used truck. We get in the truck n no warning n no lights on but a loud knocking sound when we started the truck . It turns out it's a bad lifter. The truck that we have made 3 payments on 3 payments to extended warranty place n 3 payments for insurance n we do not have a vehicle because it's been sitting up in their service dept for 2 freaking months. We can't get no return phone calls to give us any updates due to them suppose to be dealing with our warranty company . Why the dealership here is fighting with the warranty company saying they have paper work saying there was nothing wrong with truck. How they can prove there was nothing wrong with the truck when we bought is a lie. Unless they pulled the motor out and apart n looked at the lifters there no way they can say that. Their own mechanic showed my husband why the adjuster is denying the claim is because the rollers on the lifters are all loose n after a certain amount of time because of it they break were the rollers have been like that for some time. That was out of the mechanic's mouth n that is what the adjuster is saying this is a exsisting problem were it's been like this for some time. We only had the truck for 8 months. So I don't care if this place wants to fight with warranty place for another freaking 5 years but someone owes my husband n I a vehicle to drive why they fight it out. My husband has been speaking with Jessie n I don't know why because he keeps telling him give him until this day m he will have something for us. As in this monaday n today is Thursday n no call. I believe 2 months is long enough . What it comes down to is the dealership can pay for a motor In our to truck or put my husband in another truck . Those are the 2 options. I'm letting all my friends n everyone I know not to go to this place. I'm also fixing to post it on social media n I'm fixing to call my friend city representative also n get them working on this also . Not just one of them but I'm going to call all the surrounding city's rep n get all them working on this. We can't get a call back from Lisa or no one. I have also talk to my niece DA down town fort worth here also n she is advising on how I should handle this NO one seems to be in charge. They sure want that money when u buy a car. They sure do run ur credit 6 n 7 times when they promise not to . That's getting taking care of also as I type this out . We will never ever return to this dealership. Very poor customer service. I can say it's not ending ny is giving up n walking away n the only walking we r doing is into our attorneys office. Oh n they have papers work nothing wrong with the truck. Hello we bought the truck why it sit waiting to go into their detailed n service dept. Then they had to get it inspected n it wouldn't pass so we had to wait for them to order a special part for the truck to pass inspection. So yes there was something wrong with the truck. .if I don't get a call first thing tomorrow morning I am going down to this place m it is not going to be a nice seen. I'm posting it all over social media. More
The service department is nearly impossible to get ahold of. The service tech caused significant damage to my BRAND NEW vehicle which has still yet to be 100% fixed after having it for 30 days. Even after all that once I got home, I had to complete the service techs work by connecting 3 wiring harnesses that were left unplugged! The service department and techs are negligent and disrespectful. I am still awaiting compensation. 11/4 UPDATE: Still waiting for parts. Have more parts that are broken or not reinstalled correctly. No update on when my parts will arrive. My Brand New Jeep Gladiator has now developed rattles and clunks under the dash where the original work was completed as the service department is unable to install a factory item. Dealer was "willing" to compensate half of my monthly payment after bricking my Jeep and keeping it for a month. 1 month after telling me they would issue compensation it still hasn't been issued and now they are going to issue direct to my lien holder. The Customer Relations Manager is as worthless as the service department. At the point we are debating on selling the vehicle since it has been abused, molested and bricked by the dealership. More
I test drove a 2 door Jeep Wrangler JL on May 21, 2021. During the test drive I noticed that the visors were not attached and were in the back of the Jeep. I also noticed that the seat latches were broken, I was told by Sales Associate Jacob S. that they would be fixed because it was a safety issue, that the parts just needed to be ordered . I put down a down payment, and was notified that I would get a call once they were fixed. On June 2, 2021 I received a call that it was ready and drove the 27 miles to pick it up. When I went to pick up the vehicle, only the passenger side latch was fixed, and the driver side was still broken despite the order being put in for both seats to be repaired. I was told by the sales associate that I could bring it back in and they would fix it for me. He also said that he was putting in another request for the service department, and they would call me to make an appointment. I admit that I did not check the visors, so when I got home I noticed that I now only had a passenger side visor and there was no hardware to attach it. I NEVER received a call from the service department. I figured they must be busy, but I called several times and got passed around from department to department. I was told that I would be called back by multiple people, Mackenzie, Amanda, and so on. I didn't get any response then either. I finally tried to reach out to a manager on August 5, 2021 and spoke to Freddy, he said he was in the office alone and would reach back out to me the following day to get this issue taken care of. I never got a response then either. I still have no visor, and a my seat latch is still broken. More
The worst service I have ever received. Dropped my car off on a Thursday morning and the only thing wrong with my car was the batteries and recall, but it took til Monday evening for my car to be done. During that time period I called about 15 times and left 3 voicemails for the service manager, trying to get any type of update on my vehicle because I had not received any. I had to take time out of my busy work schedule to go up there and ask for an update. At first I gave some understanding because I figured may you all were short staffed. But every time I went up there to the service department there were at least 10 workers in the office just sitting around talking about non related work issues. But yet not one person could return my phone call. And when I picked up my car rolando was very short answered and had no customer service. With all of that being said I will not be returning, and I will be telling all my acquaintances to stay far away from this AutoNation. More

I drove 2 1/2 hours away to get the used car that I saw on CarGurus and I asked I am coming from 2 1/2 hours away will it be ready to go? They assured me it was. Once I got there not only was the used car on CarGurus and I asked I am coming from 2 1/2 hours away will it be ready to go? They assured me it was. Once I got there not only was the used car shop runned down but they were very dishonest as well. They went to show me the truck only to find out the picture they put up was different from the one in person. Literally the radio was ripped out of the truck, it ran horrible, there were holes and tears everywhere on the truck which when I saw on the internet they were not there and to make it even worse with all of that the check engine light was on. I drove my family there on a school night thinking I was going to leave home with a truck and be happy only to be frustrated by a lie and to see the frustration on my 2 kids faces and also my wife. I would definitely not recommend you see there used car dealership because it seems like they don't care about honesty only a car deal. More

Waited another 3 hours still no car. Went back on Saturday the morning to trade the car an finalize. They said the car was not ready they gave us a loaner had it for a week. Didn't hear from them all that week. The loaner tags were expiring so we contacted the salesman He finally responded that the camaro transmission was bad. So we met him at the dealership he was ready to sale us this junk car for the same price. We said no we want our money back which was $3000 down and $500 for trade in. And we asked to give us our trade back. They said they could not do that. Supposedly we are to get the $3000 back but not the $500 I think we need to get a lawyer I recommend not shopping at the used car lot at autonation. More
