Purchased a used 22 Ram and was promised a full tank of gas which was not done,there was a half tank,also requested license plates be removed from trade in and front license plate bracket be put on the Ram gas which was not done,there was a half tank,also requested license plates be removed from trade in and front license plate bracket be put on the Ram while I was signing papers which was not done. Talked to Joe, who is used car coordinator,who told me I had to go to service myself after signing, and request to have one put on which they did. I purchased the Ram the night before and put down a down payment of 1,000.00 and was promised the bracket,wash,gas,would be done and ready for me the next day when I came in to sign papers. I feel that once the sale was done they could of cared less about me,the customer which I no longer am. More

Kate answered all my questions up front before I even got to the dealership. The trade-in was fast and fair, and financing was quick and made sure they got me where I wanted to be on payment. The process of buying a car here is too slow They have only one finance manager taking care of 80 customers at one time. You were sit in the lobby for 5 and 6 hours and end up having to come back the next only one finance manager taking care of 80 customers at one time. You were sit in the lobby for 5 and 6 hours and end up having to come back the next day. I was able to leave with a vehicle And every day it was something different. ( bring this, bring that) I drove back and forth for weeks and it's been a month now and my contract is still not signed. I am waiting for them to email it to me. I've made numerous calls and all I ever get is they will get back to me which they haven't yet. The people are nice though whenever you can catch up with them. More
