Buckle up this is a long one For bribing skip to part 2 Part 1 Buying process not really an issue. Issue is after they have your money you become the xxxx of the earth in their eyes. Issue 1 began 2 Part 1 Buying process not really an issue. Issue is after they have your money you become the xxxx of the earth in their eyes. Issue 1 began with my check for the trade in. I traded a car worth roughly double what the new car was worth. Trade was owned free and clear. Then I financed the whole new car. With a small down payment. So I was owed the full value of my trade. This was a Monday evening. They told me the check would be ready Friday. Infact I was assured multiple times it would be Friday. Seems ridiculous to wait that long for a check when They have the car and a free and clear title. But it is what it is. I agreed. Friday rolls around the check is not ready. Shocker right? I was told Monday. Fine. Come Sunday I have a serious injury I go to the ER and I am admitted and given a fall risk bracelet and the bed alarm was on. Never felt so old in my life. I only ever seen this when grand parents are hospitalized. (I’m under 40). Next day Monday I text sales manager the check is ready and I tell him I am in the hospital but my father will go get the check. No problem he says. After my father is nearly there 1 hour drive for him I get a text saying we can’t give him the check I have to be there to get it. I begged and pleaded. Saying you promised me this check on Friday and of you saw that promise through this wouldn’t be an issue. To please make an exception. Nope they didn’t care. Said it was too much of a liability If the check got lost. Umm anyone can cancel a check xxxxxxx. At this point it was early evening so I decided to stay at the hospital. Come the morning I was advised by the medical staff not to leave that if I left it would be against medical advice. But this was a very large check and I had to go get it. So I signed my self out of the hospital. Got into my father’s car went there to get the check. Gave the guy an ear full about the xx they put me through forcing me to leave the hospital against Doctors orders. Went back to the hospital pay for another ER visit re admitted and of course got double charged for another hospital room that day. And let’s go to back to the whole liability thing they said with the check. You know the one that could be canceled if it were lost. What is a bigger liability a lost check or forcing someone that should be in the hospital out of the hospital in order to collect their money? Part 2 the bribing for good reviews. let’s start with the small bribe. While this first part is certainly unethical you do see this kind of thing once in awhile. This will affect reviews you see in places like Google. And why you shouldn’t trust all the 5star reviews you see. They have signs up all over offering a free set of floor mats for a 5 star review. I choose not to participate in this bribe. The large bribe and where they xxxxxx me off for the second time. Jeep emails you asking to fill out a survey of your experience with the dealer. Even though I was already very angry with them I choose to ignore it. I was just way too busy at the time. A few weeks go by after that survey arrived and I get a text from my sales rep. Offering two free tanks of gas if I fill out that survey with a perfect score. I was specifically instructed that when I see the question that says if anyone from the dealer contacted me or mentioned this survey I need to say no. I did exactly as instructed. After all we all know how expensive gas is. And if they are willing to spend that much on a survey they must be desperate. Moving on survey is done and a few days later I’m low on gas and happened to be about half way there anyways. So I go by no problem I got my free tank. Several weeks go by when I needed gas and I had some time on my hands. So I didn’t mind taking the 40 min drive down there. I gave my sales rep a heads up I was coming he said to come on in. This was his opportunity to say now isn’t a good time for xyz reason without pissi can’t write more More

I flew down there from Cleveland to buy a used jeep they had advertised for sale. When I got there, it was beautiful, it it turned out to not be the right vehicle for me. I went to shake hands and go see s had advertised for sale. When I got there, it was beautiful, it it turned out to not be the right vehicle for me. I went to shake hands and go see some other vehicles and they were gonna let me go if I really wanted to, but I saw this purple gladiator on my way into the dealership and I said, how about that one? I was there for quite a while, it was definitely a process, but even at a 655 (I was a 695 before being approved for the other loan) they got me at a PHENOMINALLY low rate, especially nowadays! I drove out of there happy as I ever been in my life and will go back for every car I need in the future. Howard, Oscar, Stan, the general manager dude. I can't believe how much they hooked it up so I didn't make the trip for nothing and they got me into the jeep for just a little more than the used one would have been Usually salesmen tell you that they're working especially hard and that they're giving you a great deal, but this is the first time they were ever being honest with me when they told me that!! I recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines, and despite the vehicle itself being great, the overall dealership experience was by far the most AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines, and despite the vehicle itself being great, the overall dealership experience was by far the most disorganized and frustrating car-buying process I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve purchased 30+ vehicles over the years, so I understand delays and mistakes can happen. This went far beyond that. We arrived around 12–12:30 PM on a Sunday. The actual deal, test drive, numbers, and paperwork could have realistically been completed within a couple of hours. Instead, after that point, the process completely stalled. We did not leave until around 5:30 PM after spending over five hours sitting there with almost no communication. Our salesperson would briefly appear, say “5–15 minutes,” then disappear for 30–60+ minutes at a time with no updates. This repeated throughout the entire day. Nobody clearly explained what was happening until hours later in finance, where we were suddenly told there were “system issues.” Then, AFTER paperwork was completed, we were informed we could not take the vehicle home because the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) process had not been finalized. This resulted in us driving 1.5 hours back home without the vehicle after wasting an entire day at the dealership. Communication afterward was essentially non-existent. We never once received proactive updates regarding delivery, CPO status, paperwork, registration, or payoff information. Every update required us to repeatedly call, text, and chase people down ourselves. Even delivery 830-9PM!! the following night was poorly coordinated. The transport driver almost left without picking up our trade-in vehicle until we stopped him. The CPO paperwork that supposedly caused the entire delay was incomplete and not properly included with our delivery documents. I ultimately had to independently create a Mopar/Stellantis account myself just to verify the CPO status something the dealership should have been able to confirm immediately. ( I still to this day don't have any of the proper paper work from them on this) Unfortunately, the problems continued. It took over a month to finally complete my registration and tag transfer. My temporary tag expired during that time, and despite contacting the dealership multiple times beforehand, I received no response. I ultimately had to go to the DMV myself and pay additional money out of pocket for a replacement decal despite already paying registration fees through the dealership. The vehicle itself has been excellent. The issue was the dealership process — lack of communication, lack of coordination, lack of urgency, and complete failure to keep the customer informed. For a company that markets itself as “no haggle” and supposedly simpler and easier to work with, this experience was the exact opposite. This was ALL hassle. Considering this is both an AutoNation location and an official Jeep dealership representing a major national automotive group, I expected a far more streamlined and professional experience. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
