We had a great experience at Autonation Chrysler. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And the number one thing that brought us to them was the honesty in their prices and fees . Had my truck for 1 week there for an oil change and check engine light. After one 1 they haven’t done the oil change to the truck. Sold me a extended warranty and the part is not cover for the check engine l engine light. After one 1 they haven’t done the oil change to the truck. Sold me a extended warranty and the part is not cover for the check engine light. A part that was replaced at 29000 miles on my truck. Asked them if they can check to see when it was replaced. They said no record found. Thankfully, I had the receipt when they replace the DPF filter. My truck has 75585 miles now and the filter is bad again. $3500 to replace it. One week waiting for a diagnostic. Terrible! More

Service Department: The service here is atrocious. Took the truck in for an alignment. Appointment was set for 8:30am. At 10:15am was advised the truck was ready. Walked back up to the front to pay an Took the truck in for an alignment. Appointment was set for 8:30am. At 10:15am was advised the truck was ready. Walked back up to the front to pay and was advised the truck was being washed and would be ready shortly. 45 minutes later no truck. Called out the porter who was asked several times by the service adviser to go get the truck for just sitting there. When I called them out for lack of customer service and premium prices the Service adviser had the xxxxx to mention I used a coupon. Since when did using a coupon make you any less valuable as a customer. Truck was finally pulled around and you guessed it the truck had yet to be washed. I have bought several cars from this dealer over the past 15 years but because of Avram Joseph - Assistant Service Manager I will never purchase another vehicle from any Autonation ever again. More
