Horrible customer service. A 3 hour labor warrantied job will take a minimum of 2 weeks. Update- 7/11/23, vehicle still not ready. Will be atleast 5 more days! .. all this for a radio and an a/c sensor. I have no words to describe how poorly this has been handled. We've spent more than $1000 on a rental car while the truck sits there not being worked on and all we get in return is no communication and excuses for the dealership. The G.M. kindly called me on 7/13 and amazingly my vehicle was ready to pick-up on 7/15. Overall horrendous experience for the customer. More

I was sent an email certifying to bring my Jeep for the steering damper recall. I even got a call from the dealership. It’s I brought my car to the dealership, the manager, Jesus Martinez totally ignored m steering damper recall. I even got a call from the dealership. It’s I brought my car to the dealership, the manager, Jesus Martinez totally ignored my presence as I was the only customer at the desk. One of his employees decided to address me and he was quick to distract her with some computer nonsense. Another customer came in and he was very attentive to the customer while I was still waiting for assistance. After spending 25 minutes in the service center, I learned that they did not have the parts available to fix May car. No apology or promise was offered. I simply had to get my keys and leave. More
