Managers usually meet you after you made one or two offers, we didn't even discuss the price, we talked about business, family, etc. Harold ran the numbers and I made him an reasonable offer. He came back with approved by Fernando, THAT EASY! What's more interesting, Fernando came in a few minutes later and told me that he found a rebate for $500.00 which he was applying to the deal. He didn't have to do that, this is a HONEST car dealer! In the end, I got the vehicle that I wanted and AutoNation staff bent over backwards to meet and exceed my expectations. They even stayed well beyond closing time to make sure vehicle was washed, detailed and refueled. More
