Probably will be sorry im doing this but when u say u can turn this around to something good? Are u able to put me in another car? I have no money as i said i was to pay my car off and retire in 3 months and payments cannot exceed 300 and i had a balance on my car of 7000 which by the time i was going to pay off was 5000 my car appraised at 6000 so no idea what u would be able to do at this point but u can call me 732-600-8857

Well i made few calls and left messages hoping to turn things around i spoke to service again today and once again the girl that works with you assured me you would be calling me back and that would be the general manager Tomas and i explained why i was calling and why and i was assured i would receive a call and once again NO RESPONSE! a real shame which just proves my point from the start this dealership does not care for its customers all the times i calles and left messages even when my car was there in service NEVER received call back! Its just not fair what these dealerships get away with very frustrating!
