I took my Grand Cherokee back to Jeep only to find out they installed a defective part during my previous service. After 3 days I get the truck back to grass stuck on the truck from when the dealership ha they installed a defective part during my previous service. When I complained after the service, no one takes responsibility to rectify it. Autonation is a joke! More
