Have Jeep Wave - Very young mechanic stated that he didn't rotate the tires because a lug nut had expanded, that if I need it the tire rotated I had to tap on the lug nut and take it off, but if I need didn't rotate the tires because a lug nut had expanded, that if I need it the tire rotated I had to tap on the lug nut and take it off, but if I need it new tires he could take it off. This is absolutely nonsense, never herd such an excuse for not taking care of a service that is paid for. Also, had to wait more than 20 mins to check out and they gave me a Repair Order Detail-Internal Copy because they couldn't close the ticket. Service rep was calling days later to pick up my vehicle even though I was driving it. Real bad 1st visit. More

The salesman and the finance manager was very nice and courteous in saling me this car. So far, the car works as intended. The reason for the 2 star review is that the car was not washed very well before courteous in saling me this car. So far, the car works as intended. The reason for the 2 star review is that the car was not washed very well before I got it. The salesman had to spend another 14 mins spot cleaning it and it was not very through. The car had ants crawiling around, which i was happy to find out on my highway ride home. I still had to wash it and vacuum it again just to make it clean again. The key I was handed, yes key not keys, was sticky and dirty. I did not find out I only had 1 key until I was leaving the dealer and he handed me the one key. I expected better from an Autonation dealer. More
