Dejé mi carro en el servicio porque tenía problemas con una puerta y la pantalla del tablero, tardaron 9 días en hacer el diagnóstico, todo ese tiempo estuve con un carro rentado que yo pagué. Después por una puerta y la pantalla del tablero, tardaron 9 días en hacer el diagnóstico, todo ese tiempo estuve con un carro rentado que yo pagué. Después por fin hicieron el diagnóstico y me dieron un carro rentado que traje por casi 10 días que era el tiempo en que me iban a tener mi carro listo. Cuando fui a recoger mi carro resulta que el problema de la puerta no lo habían arreglado, abrí la puerta y ya no la podía cerrar, cuando regreso a reclamar resulta que los mecánicos “arreglaron la puerta que si servía y no la que no servía. Ahora tengo que esperar 30 días más hasta que les llegue la pieza que se necesita para la puerta. Si tienen mucho trabajo porque no contratan más personal? Contraten personal calificado que si sepan lo que hacen. Tardaron mucho tiempo en entregar un carro que al final no arreglaron bien, hay muchas quejas de ustedes en las opiniones en google. Tienen que mejorar la calidad y trabajo. No contestan ningún teléfono. Afterwards, they finally made the diagnosis and gave me a rented car that I brought for almost 10 days, which was the time when they were going to have my car ready. When I went to pick up my car it turned out that the problem with the door had not been fixed, I opened the door and could no longer close it, when I returned to claim it turned out that the mechanics “fixed the door that worked and not the one that did not work. Now I have to wait another 30 days for the part needed for the door to arrive. If they have a lot of work, why don't they hire more staff? Hire qualified personnel who know what they are doing. They took a long time to deliver a car that in the end they did not fix well, there are many complaints from you in the opinions on google. They have to improve the quality and work. They don't answer any phones. More

Excellent service. Both salesman and finance guy stayed late on a Sunday Evening to finish deal. Thanks to Bobby Elias and Roy Rogers for their help and patience. No hidden extras. I got a fair price for my trade also. I’ve been to many dealers that want to add all kinds of extras at the last minute my contract looked exactly how it was negotiated I would definitely use Autonation Pembroke Pines again. My service guy was great! I came in for an air suspension system issue. He was very upfront with me & let me know that it’s been difficult to get some parts.
