(Short version: Poor customer service, poor management, AND they left a DENT in my tailgate!) Long version: I took my brand new 3500 Ram Truck in for service (7500 miles). I asked for oil change, recall AND they left a DENT in my tailgate!) Long version: I took my brand new 3500 Ram Truck in for service (7500 miles). I asked for oil change, recall fix, and rotation of the tires. First they said that the guy who handles this particular stud recall was slammed and I would have to leave the truck for a few days, so I said OK. Then I get a call 2 hours later saying the vehicle was ready. How slammed was the recall guy? So anyway, when I get there, I pay for the service and as I'm waiting for the valet to bring my car, I notice that the service invoice says "No work done" on the tire rotation. When I asked them why they did not do the tire rotation, they tell me because my truck is a dually and they quoted me the wrong price. So somewhere in their mind they thought it would be preferable to just NOT do the tire rotation, instead of calling me to let me know about the oversight, and ask me whether I was OK paying a little more to have it done. So I wasted my time and my wife's time who had to take me to the dealership again, only to have to bring me back because the truck wasn't actually ready. So I go back the next day to pick up the truck and when I get home I go put my tools back in the truck bed only to realize there is a huge dent in my tailgate! Needless to say, I won't be going back. They just lost 10 years (at least) worth of service revenue. (Not to mention tire changes, batteries, etc.) More

This dealership is by far the worst I have ever experienced when it comes to servicing your vehicle! The customer service is horrendous and the communication about your vehicle status is non existe experienced when it comes to servicing your vehicle! I made multiple phone calls to service and no one answers, and when I went there in person they treated me like a second class citizen. They had my vehicle for four weeks and offered no courtesy vehicles and I had to pay for my own rental cars and ubers to get around. Stay far away from this dealership and find another Dodge service dealer that has more than one diesel mechanic that does warranty work. I will be notifying the better business bureau about their business practices tacking on charges for services on warranty work I did not need also. Be very careful of this place, I look forward to talking to the general manager who runs this place. More
