The service center has improved TREMENDOUSLY since I first purchased my vehicle in 2018. My service advisor always listen to me and my concerns, Daryl is the best. He calls and give you updates and alwa first purchased my vehicle in 2018. My service advisor always listen to me and my concerns, Daryl is the best. He calls and give you updates and always let you know when your vehicle is ready. I usually get my car back before the time its usually promised. Daryl has been a great asset to the service department since he started. Overall my experiences has been great and definitely the good has out weighed the bad. More

I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of service I have received at the service department at Autonation CDJR in Pembroke Pines. I had my 2015 Ram eco diesel there for over a month in January due to have received at the service department at Autonation CDJR in Pembroke Pines. I had my 2015 Ram eco diesel there for over a month in January due to my battery getting drained. I had to purchase a brand new battery for $240 so that they could diagnose the problem. The diagnosis was that the rack and pinion shorted and was causing the battery to drain. Now here I am again with a drained battery and my truck back in the shop. I was told by the assistant service manager Mathew that it could take up to a week until they get to it to diagnose it. When I took it in January my extended warranty was still good, but now it expired since I went over the miles. To me it could be only 3 things wrong here. Either the battery is defective, the part they replaced is defective or it was misdiagnosed. It would be quite a coincidence that now there’s something else draining the battery. I have lost my patience with the situation. I am down to one vehicle again last time I had to miss work in order to take my wife to her cancer treatments and now I’m facing the same issue again. This is totally unacceptable that this is a reoccurring issue and that they cannot expedite the diagnosis. I will not recommend this service department to anyone. More

I went to have a recall repair on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. At first agents were in doubt what should they do. Then Jesus (a persona at the counter) offered help and yes he did! This was my first visit at the dealership and and hopefully the last, even though it's the closest. I own a Dodge and a Jeep and came in for regular maintenance: oil change, tire rotation and engine hopefully the last, even though it's the closest. I own a Dodge and a Jeep and came in for regular maintenance: oil change, tire rotation and engine filter change. Once I got my vehicle back, tires were not rotated. I have a rim rash and knew that immediately (was on the same axle and side). Even though they denied it, did get the rotation done after all. Service is extremely slow, I was there for over 2.5 hours. Two days later low windshield washer light came on and I payed for that too. Most dealerships run vehicles through the car wash, but not at this location. Good news, engine filter looks new, hopefully they changed the oil. All of this for $238.15!!! Not good for business to say the least. More
