It was very disorganized. I asked my service advisor to please have the brakes checked because it has been making a noise every time I brake. When I am checking out, the paper that advices if the car is okay was not filled out. He went to the back and then the service advisor himself filled out that everything was green. The brakes obviously have something wrong and i will be taking the car somewhere else to get service. I was very disappointed because this dealership is not too far from my home. Also, when I arrived there was a line of cars and I got out and handed my keys to a worker. All other cars were moved forward except mine and mine was blocking traffic. The car could have easily been hit. More

Totally unacceptable for people who need their vehicle to get to work! Granted, that after the diagnostic it may take time! But imagine having to wait 5 days to first find out what the issue is and then wait longer for parts, then the work to be done……does Auto Nation think you can be without their vehicle for a month? Car brought my car in four times. Each time i gave a review my AC was not working. Thought they did a 24 ? point check on all repair. Second time paid for the same thing done the first time. Had an extended warranty that was ignored. Finally got AC fixed right after the warranty ran out and I paid full price. Frist three times poor communication with service department. I even paid for a gas cap not on car the third time received car. Charge for a new one fourth time after buying one The reception in sales helpful each time. When the person who filed the papers for my car was out i got no service help. filed numerous complaints kept copies never got a car back but once on the third time to tell me car i paid for should have been paid under warranty. During the four times my car went in was told that car was not being checked, the car was only repaired but a diagnostic was not done, paid for the same parts as the first time. Never apologized for the constant bringing back my car from December until February, never offer a loaner or rental, three times could even rent no clue on how long my car was going to be be in repairs. lost a total of nine weeks without a car, Long as i kept paying for my car no one cared what was happening to my car. I believe like the film Master more was happening. Only good thing me and my Asthma finally my AC is working. Before Michael retire from there i felt like family and was told everything in a timely manner. Even advise was could wait and told about savings. Now you are in the dark until you constantly call, leave messages. Love my car considering a new one to leave this service department. More
