The service deptartment at this dealership does not respect customers’ time. I got there at at 6:45am to have a simple oil change performed on my car and was the first person in line. The service agent respect customers’ time. I got there at at 6:45am to have a simple oil change performed on my car and was the first person in line. The service agent Beatrice, advised that my car would be ready in approximately 25 minutes. Didn’t get my car back until an hour and a half later! That’s unacceptable. I’m sure my car was complete, but the agent/dealership couldn’t make the effort to check on the completion of the work. Their goal was to take in as many cars as possible. Once they have your car, you’re at their mercy. This will be the last time I get any service done at this dealership. It is just the worst. Save your time and sanity and go somewhere else. More
