Horrible services. Took my Truck for warranty service an a oil change with tire rotation they had it for a week and a half to get it repaired and they refused to give m Took my Truck for warranty service an a oil change with tire rotation they had it for a week and a half to get it repaired and they refused to give me a rental. Couldn't reach them for updates on my vehicle. I did a oil change and tire rotation with them back in December of 2021 and they lost my wheel lock. So they couldn't do a tire rotation this time around. Take your car to another dealer for service. More

This dealership is by far the worst I have ever experienced when it comes to servicing your vehicle! The customer service is horrendous and the communication about your vehicle status is non existe experienced when it comes to servicing your vehicle! The customer service is horrendous and the communication about your vehicle status is non existent. I made multiple phone calls to service and no one answers, and when I went there in person they treated me like a second class citizen. They had my vehicle for four weeks and offered no courtesy vehicles and I had to pay for my own rental cars and ubers to get around. Stay far away from this dealership and find another Dodge service dealer that has more than one diesel mechanic that does warranty work. I will be notifying the better business bureau about their business practices tacking on charges for services on warranty work I did not need also. Be very careful of this place, I look forward to talking to the general manager who runs this place. More

The service center has improved TREMENDOUSLY since I first purchased my vehicle in 2018. My service advisor always listen to me and my concerns, Daryl is the best. He calls and give you updates and alwa first purchased my vehicle in 2018. My service advisor always listen to me and my concerns, Daryl is the best. He calls and give you updates and always let you know when your vehicle is ready. I usually get my car back before the time its usually promised. Daryl has been a great asset to the service department since he started. Overall my experiences has been great and definitely the good has out weighed the bad. More
