A complete unmitigated horrible dealership. What a mistake to have bought a Dodge from here. The primary reason is the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I have NEVER had a satisfying visit. Service was terrible! I got there at 9:30am to have a tire replaced. Didn’t leave until 1:30pm. When they finally finished my car, it sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes & I finally had to ask the serv tire replaced. Didn’t leave until 1:30pm.
