I have purchased now 3 vehicles from them this time was horrible. Very dismissive the tire pressure light won't go off said they put new tires on didn't replace bad sensor trunk liner was missing. I went there for my a/c to get fixed through my warranty that I have 2 of. 1 through Mopar and 1 through autonation that I paid more for when I bought my 2020 durango srt. The "technician" said I had a Cra that I have 2 of. 1 through Mopar and 1 through autonation that I paid more for when I bought my 2020 durango srt. The "technician" said I had a Crack in my radiator and my a/c condenser and put somewhere on my report "possible collision damage" which has ZERO supporting scratches,dings, dents ANYWHERE on the front end of my car. and for that reason they held my car for a week while a 3rd party inspector came out and pretended to look at my immaculate car and DENIED my claim so now I have to pay out of pocket to get my durango fixed when ive already paid for both of these warranties. so if you want my honest opinion id never take my car there again and I would go to ANY other dealership. More
Generally a positive experience, but they did one thing I didn't like. I REALLY dislike being charged 2% for paying with a credit card when I am not told about the surcharge BEFORE the service. How else am I supposed to pay a $1000 repair bill? Who routinely carries checks or $1000 cash around with them? I believe dealer margins are reasonably high on service charges and this feels 'nickel and dimey' to upscale clients who choose top of the line service packages. Sorry guys you need to hear this.
