Unfortunately, all good things come to an end. Since my service writer Don H. retired the service department has diminished to a dealership I will no longer come to. My Charger has no way to adjust the rear alignment and now because of it I'm wear through tires. How is it when a vehicle is built and something that is not adjustable and is not performing as designed, not be a manufacture defect? So what I took from Daniel D. is Dodge sells defective vehicles and that is OK with him. Moreover, I purchased a PREMIUM Auto Nation extended warranty that was to be a bumper to bumper warranty but not does not cover the this issue. It was to extend the manufacture warranty that covers everything under the shell of the vehicle including electrical to 125000 miles. I know it doesn't cover paint and general wear and tear on the outside of the vehicle but everything underneath was to be covered. That is obviously false. It was my intent to purchase a new 2500 diesel truck but for the fact they do not stand behind their warranties or their word, I have decided to start looking at the GMC. I would really reconsider buying any dodge at this point and for sure not for Auto Nation in Roseville. More
