I went to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Roseville & I was serviced by Samir ( Sales Rep) Fadi ( General Mgr) & Tiffany ( in finance ) I was helped start to Finnish even though there were a few snags along th serviced by Samir ( Sales Rep) Fadi ( General Mgr) & Tiffany ( in finance ) I was helped start to Finnish even though there were a few snags along the way they worked with me ensuring I had a great experience purchasing a car for my daughter brand new 2023 Jeep Sahara even though Samir “made a sale “ I still got a personable text from him asking how we like the car. I have purchased many cars and never has an associate reach out after a car sale was made so I am very impressed with Samir. Tiffany in fiancé she was a pure bliss to work with as well answered my every call along with any questions. Thank you for such a pleasant visit this was the first time we purchasing threw this dealership. More

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Roseville has a top-notch service, department. I purchased my 20017 Pacifica new and have had most all services performed there. Majority of Problems over the year top-notch service, department. I purchased my 20017 Pacifica new and have had most all services performed there. Majority of Problems over the years have been electronic/ computer issues. Thes issues were generally caused by others who have worked on repairs like battery replacement and windshield replacement. Auto Nation Service department have diagnostic the problems and our van has performed flawlessly. I find it refreshing to be able to work with Service Advisor John Avitia, being a retired HVAC serviceman. Myself. I Know the value of employees you take care and value the customer. Note Service Advisor Like John Avitia will bring in more new vehicle sales than the Boss will ever know. More
