I was getting an oil change for my vehicle at the express lane. Soon as I arrived the porter told me it may be a few minutes to check me in as it was busy and they were running short handed. I waited 30 minu lane. Soon as I arrived the porter told me it may be a few minutes to check me in as it was busy and they were running short handed. I waited 30 minutes in which then I went to get a service adviser myself. Soon as the check in was completed they pulled my vehicle into the shop and the work was completed in less than 30 min. The wait time was the only negative part of my visit. The friendliness of the adviser was great, the service time on the vehicle was short, and completed to my request. More
