In early August I bought a used Toyota from auto nation in Littleton. After signing all the paperwork and driving 2 hours back home I get a call from the dealership telling me they under charged me by $50 in Littleton. After signing all the paperwork and driving 2 hours back home I get a call from the dealership telling me they under charged me by $500 and that I needed to return to the dealership. I told them there was absolutely no way I was driving back to Denver when it was their screw up. I told them I would send them a check but that wasn't good enough for them and they demanded I put the charge on my credit card. Eventually I caved and let them charge my card for something they screwed up. Arie is the one who drew up all the paperwork and when I asked for the title since I paid cash he said they had to send it to dmv. I told him in a few weeks I would be moving out of state but didn't yet have the address and asked how I was to get my plates. He said it would be forwarded to the state I was moving to. So when my temporary tag expired in the state I moved to I tried to get plates for the car and of coarse they didn't have my title. I called the dealership back and asked where my title was and they told me they would have it sent to state I was now living in and sent me another temporary tag. So 9 days before the second temporary tag was to expire I tried again to get plates for the car and again the state I moved to didn't have my title. Again I call the dealership pissed off this time asking where my title is. Finally I find out that my title is in the city I moved from and only I could get it. The idiots made me believe after the first temporary expired they would have it sent to the state I moved to when in fact they couldn't. The process of me getting the title is more than just making a phone call. I have to get on the dmv site print out a form fill it out , gave it notarized and send it to dmv. With the holiday coming up I was told there was no way to receive my title before the temporary tag expired. I asked the dealership for another temporary tag and after 3 attempts to speak with someone about it I finally talked to a salesman and he said he would check to see if they could send me another tag...guess what that was 5 days ago and I haven't heard a word. Now I have to drive over 350 miles one way to get my title because Auto nation dropped the ball. Thanks asswads. More
I brought my Ram 2500 in for a check engine light as well as a low oil pressure light. Within a few miles of picking up my Ram the lights came back on. So my truck was not repaired and all I got for my repai as a low oil pressure light. Within a few miles of picking up my Ram the lights came back on. So my truck was not repaired and all I got for my repair fees was a way overpriced oil change. I will take my Ram to another Ram service shop. More
Aaron, our sales person, was very good. Answered all our questions. The van we purchased was poorly detailed. It was quick washed outside and nothing done with the inside. They put some ki Answered all our questions. The van we purchased was poorly detailed. It was quick washed outside and nothing done with the inside. They put some kind of film on the inside of the windshield to supposedly "protect" it but the coating scratches easily and therefore has annoying window sparkles when you drive into the sun. The Finance person didn't explain the additional warranty very well (Ariel, I believe). Big sales pitch for a warranty that didn't add much. The van had a recall on it that they didn't mention and I had to take it to the KIA dealer to get it fixed. More
