I would not recommend this dealership purely because of the finance person named Ramen. He was aggressive and rude. Great service and customer attention once I got the car to the dealer. I was traveling and had to wait for almost 2 weeks to get the car seen and reviewed. This was typical of the 2 other Jeep dealers I co to the dealer. I was traveling and had to wait for almost 2 weeks to get the car seen and reviewed. This was typical of the 2 other Jeep dealers I contacted. I just returned home 1200 mi from Denver without any issues. Colin Mattlin-Lentz was the Adviser I spoke with and he was very good and honest with me while my Jeep was being repaired. More
After arriving to test drive a vehicle, I was told that suddenly there was a sensor light on and that the vehicle wasn’t available and that a part would have to be ordered and installed, which should only suddenly there was a sensor light on and that the vehicle wasn’t available and that a part would have to be ordered and installed, which should only take a couple of days. 2 weeks later after the first part apparently failed and it took over a week to get a new part and then several days to install it the vehicle was finally ready. Getting any response from the sales person during this whole ordeal was difficult as my phone calls and texts messages would go unanswered for days on end. Not a good experience. Sales person was Nura and she is great. Spoke with Nura on the phone and she was so helpful we ended up driving from the St. Louis MO area all the way to Littleton CO to pick up our car. Nura always followed up with me about our concerns before and after the sale. Finance department was nice but took much longer than we expected. I ended up receiving extra warranties that I didn't feel comfortable with. It took a week but Rameen finally emailed me the cancellation form yesterday. I quickly signed it and emailed it back to him. Hopefully these unwanted extra charges get removed from my car loan. All the staff at this dealership are very friendly. AutoNation even sent cookies to our home. :-) More
