Good dealership, service got me right in when others had me weeks out. Repair took a few days so I took away one star, and they disconnected my dash cam unrelated to the service being done (ok, but reconnec me weeks out. So there’s some room for improvement but they did great work and all costs were covered by warranty, so I don’t want to be too picky over smaller issues. More

Friendly staff and I love my Jeep Cherokee but there has been some surprising mechanical issues that should not happen with a newer model vehicle. Also do NOT purchase the service plan.
