Went in to service my 2018 jeep renegade and was assisted by Colin. He was knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer all of my questions. I would give him a 10/10. Absolutely terrible service. This is the second time they have failed to complete even basic maintenance in a timely manner. Made appointment 3-weeks ahead of the scheduled ser This is the second time they have failed to complete even basic maintenance in a timely manner. Made appointment 3-weeks ahead of the scheduled service date with specific notes as to the services requested. Identified that my diesel needed an oil change, tires rotated, and that my left turn signal would not go back to neutral after turning. Dropped it off in person at 7:00am on a Thursday and discussed the services requested. Called at 5:00pm to check the status as I did not hear from the service advisor all day. He said they hadn't started working on my truck and that they would need to hold onto it for another 3-days. That is right....4-days to do an oil change and rotate tires and checking out a turn indicator issue. When asked what was taking so long he didnt say anything and gave me no other option but to pick up my truck. No apology no offer to reschedule. Adding insult to injury it took them 20-minutes to find my truck and get it to me. They had no intention of doing the work I had schedule. Never going back and I would never recommend. More
Totally disappointed in cost and timing. I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm and arrived at 3:20. When I returned home and looked at my email, I saw I had a promotional email from AutoNation offering a synthetic oil change for $74.95! I called to see why this wasn't offered at time of service. The initial technician I spoke to a day later said "its not possible to honor that amount for a Hemi." Won't be going back unless its for warranty work. More
The day of buying experience was enjoyable but southwest is very difficult to reach on the phone with any questions after you leave the dealership.
