Skip is our service advisor ona couple vehicles and he is great. No nonsense and makes sure you understand what is needed. Always willing to answer questions. A few shops have tried before the dealership and while I was apprehensive to take it to the dealer, they have been very fair with their pricing so far. Technician is top notch (Jerry) and probably the only one I want working on any of my vehicles! More
