Went in for an oil change and they not only got me out of there in 30 mins, but they found I had a leak in my radiator and it was still covered under warranty. Unfortunately my experience has not been a pleasant one. I took my car in for an oil leak and to get the oil changed. It was a very expensive fix but I was told it was good to go. After having the service done to my car, it was still leaking oil. The whole experience was disappointing. After discovering it was still leaking oil, I tried calling to make an appointment according to the automated service I could leave a callback number and would not lose my place in line. I never received a call back. I called again I was on hold for 40 minutes before someone picked up so I could schedule an appointment. I booked my appointment for two weeks out. I was then called two days before my appointment and told that they needed to reschedule because people had been sick and parts had not been coming in. Which I was understanding about. We picked a date two more weeks out from my original time. The day of the originally scheduled appointment I received an email stating that I had not shown up for my original appointment. I called and was on hold for another 40 minutes. When I spoke to the scheduler they were very rude, short, and I felt disrespected. They kept trying to blame me for needing to reschedule my appointment. And when I told her that the service shop had called me to reschedule she could not find the new appointment on the books anywhere. When she did reschedule me it was earlier than what the shop had told me they could get me in. Once the shop gets my car in for the appointment, the technician says they found two leaks that they missed the first time, even though the car is leaking from the same spot according to my garage floor. Due to the cost of the repairs this time we decided we needed more time to determine next steps with the car. While on the phone I asked if I could have a quote written out so we could make an informed decision on the repairs. They indicated they absolutely could. I showed up at the shop to pick up my car and my quote was zeroed out. I asked for a quote and they told me that they don’t always quote it because prices change so quickly and are fluctuating so much. I said I understood and if I could just have a current quote so I could make an informed decision I would appreciate it. They wrote down the quote which was $1000 less than what they quoted me on the phone that morning. Unfortunately, the whole experience was very disappointing, my car continues to leak oil and I do not feel comfortable taking it back to Southwest Dodge to have my car serviced. More
