He was in direct communication with me every step of the way, letting us know when the car was loaded from the manufacturer, on the train, when it arrived, and was patient and accommodating with our schedules. When we arrived at the dealership to take possession, the car was out front, along with Dave, all ready to greet us, along with the sales manager Mike. It was a peaceful and easy process (as much as it could be with three small children in tow).
