The young man who helped me was rude and abrupt and insisted I didn’t have an appointment until I showed him confirmation on my phone. Confirmed my appointment at 10 am. They Told me to come in at 2:30 instead. I did and went for a walk for an hour. Came back they said at least two more hours. I left. If you have an appointment and they change the time, they should be able to keep that appointment. Hence the whole concept of an appointment. I am so sick of being blown off and treated like crap here. The first six months I had my jeep they had it for three months because of 2 separate and major manufacturing or assembly issues. The vehicle has 7,000 miles on it but began leaking oil at 2,000 miles. Rear main seal. Get it home then it’s still leaking. Second time they say transmission. This week All I need was a simple oil change and they changed my appointment. Upon arrival for said appointment they just parked my jeep out front. They don’t care about their customers at all. Then they tell you to call jeep cares. For the record,,,,,jeep does NOT care!! The phone call is even more insulting than the service people. My New jeep has been a horrible experience and autonation southwest has been just awful. They do not care at all about their jobs, the type of sloppy work they do, or their customers. More
