Horrible! Dealership has had my truck for over 20 days Horrible! Dealership has had my truck for over 20 days after making an appointment for service on the week of Jan 10. It was quite challenging just Horrible! Dealership has had my truck for over 20 days after making an appointment for service on the week of Jan 10. It was quite challenging just to get an appointment and totally understand the COVID situation, but after securing an appointment and planning some time to be without my truck. I did not bank on being without for potentially a month or more...... Apparently, there is a huge disconnect between the mechanical service dept. (Who actually will answer a phone) and the body shop dept. (They will NOT answer a phone or return a call) . I have desperately tried to leave messages to the body shop dept via the service dept. b/c body shop dept is inaccessible. Since we do not live near Littleton, I did ask for an oil change while my truck was already out of play. (They did confirm that that portion of my request got completed. In addition to this issue, we can not seem to get title work done for this same truck (2020 Ram 2500 Cummins) that we purchased in November from this dealership?? We keep having to request extensions on our temporary tag. Primary excuse was that (I) needed to have the truck "officially weighed" and produce said weight scale receipt to the dealership??? WTH!?!!? (Which, I did) $15 out of my pocket and trip to a Rock and Gravel place to utilize their weight scale !!!!! Yet, to NO Avail... Again, we get that businesses are short staffed and struggling. But it would be great to be treated with a little dignity and respect as a customer. How about returning a phone call? How about simply advising me as to what the status of my truck is? Is this all to much to ask from your dealership? More
