Terrible experience! I took 2015 Ram 1500 in for service because it would randomly die on me on the road creating a very dangerous situation. In short they had my vehicle for 9 weeks and decided it must be because it would randomly die on me on the road creating a very dangerous situation. In short they had my vehicle for 9 weeks and decided it must be the oil pump and I agreed to replace it at a cost of $2610.75. I was assured the vehicle was safe to drive now and no longer dies going down the road. I was also told the same check engine light would still remain on because they could not figure out or fix what was causing it. I agreed and drove the vehicle off the lot. 1 week later I pulled out into heavy traffic and it died again, causing cars to to nearly collide trying to avoid me. I contacted the dealership and told them to pick up my vehicle from my residence that is was not safe to drive. 2 weeks have passed now and it is still sitting in my driveway and no one is returning my calls. Now it looks like I am going to be faced with legal action, adding more expenses to this terrible experience. This started in August and now Mid January and no response from the service manager or the general manager after numerous voicemails were left. More
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Had my truck there over 6 months waiting to get the transmission replaced to find out that my warranty coverage got denied 2 WEEKS after I dropped it off an truck there over 6 months waiting to get the transmission replaced to find out that my warranty coverage got denied 2 WEEKS after I dropped it off and skip never told me or knew apparently and I’ve been borrowing vehicles and hitching rides and dealing with not having a vehicle and got it back without ANYTHING being fixed. Skip had the audacity to tell me that there was no charge when I picked it up. DUH, you didn’t do ANYTHING. Larry the manager couldn’t offer me anything for all the time I’ve wasted besides a recommendation to go somewhere else lol. I had Larry look into the matter to see when it got denied and I dropped off the truck June 1st and it got denied JUNE 17!! He said skip probably didn’t even read that far down on report lol. Place is such a joke. Matt from the finance department offered to give me a prorated amount back to me for the warranty (less than half of the $4600 I paid for the PLATINUM WARRANTY that the guy who sold me the warranty said that it would cover “everything besides the windows” this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in my entire life. No one takes the blame for keeping my truck there for so long without getting it done, no one offers to compensate me for all the time I’ve wasted, truck payments I’ve made, insurance I’ve paid, cars I’ve borrowed, Uber’s I’ve taken, headache of trying to share a vehicle with my wife who has to use her vehicle to take our kids places and use for her daily life. NO ONE HAS HELPED ME WITH ANYTHING BESIDES WASTED 6 MONTHS OF MY LIFE. Lots more or say but I’ll add it to my google review and other reviews when I have more time to waste. Thank you Autonation for all the time wasted, money lost, and absolutely ZERO HELP you have given me. More
Please go elsewhere to get a car. Service is terrible and service writer (Skipper) laughs in your face when you voice concerns. My new Jeep has less than4k miles, and has a/c issues. I purchased a 2018 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth from this dealer Colorado, and I live in California. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car from a dealer. It took me more than a month to make a deal with this dealer. The sales manager communicated well, but the finance manager was lazy, rarely contacted me and I had to work through the sales manager. I asked him to not call me because I am a teacher at a college and we are tutoring our students over the phone due to COVID. I asked he email or text me. He ignored me and continued to call and not leave a message. That's when he bothered to call me. They replaced the window due to a crack, and they did it wrong and didn't follow Mopars service bulletins or Mazda's similar bulletins. So they cracked the window moldings and they were hanging off the car when it arrived. They denied it and tried to blame the driver. They refused to assist getting it repaired even though Fiat says it's their fault. So I had to buy $400 in moldings, and I will have to pay more than $300 to get them installed. $700 out of my pocket for their mistake! The care had a dent, and several bad scratches which they never disclosed to me until after the sale. Then they came up with the video walk around the never showed me. You can even see the dent in their sales picture. What a bad dealer. I worked for Chrysler but I would never buy another car from this dealer and recommend no one else but there either. More
