I have called over 40 times in the past 5 months trying to get an extended warranty canceled on a vehicle that I no longer own. I have never received a call back. Not once. I have left countless messages a to get an extended warranty canceled on a vehicle that I no longer own. I have never received a call back. Not once. I have left countless messages and every employee I have spoken to has assured me that my message will be passed on. I was incredibly lucky one day to be able to get ahold of a Sales Manager who had a Finance Manager sitting across the desk from him. That’s the only time I have ever been able to actually speak to a Finance Manager. This individual assured me that he would email me the form to cancel the warranty. That was a week and a half ago and I still have not received the form. Big surprise that I can’t get ahold of anyone again no matter how many times I call back. This is a large chunk of money and I am incredibly upset with this business and their operation. I would never recommend someone to work with them. To the employee who keeps telling me that I just need to come in to the store to cancel it - I am in the military and literally live halfway across the country. As I have told you several times. More

The worst service department ever, seatbelt won't always stay clicked but because why'll with the service department it works they won't repair, first week we bought the car the battery died left us strande stay clicked but because why'll with the service department it works they won't repair, first week we bought the car the battery died left us stranded, service department said we could've done something to make the battery go bad, had to fight to get that fixed, our brakes make a howling noise, since we bought it, The Service manager Larry McBride said some cars do that and we just have to deal with it, and all we were looking for was a new car out of our used car from them...THE WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER. Made us feel like they were doing us a favor by looking at the car and after begging for a rental to get our car fixed again because this time the ignition isn't working only had the car 6 months the GM stated basically we we're lucky we got a rental car because they didn't have to, but yet we bought the warranty which you pay almost 4000 for and still pay a deductible behind that 4000...And in the end we are here still sitting with a broken car. More
Horrible. I spent 10,000 on a new engine for a 2001 jeep cherokee with no other issues. It has been back to their shop for maintenance SIX times, the check engine light has come on every time. It is now on for the SEVENTH time and I have been waiting almost THREE weeks for them to "find" a loaner car. I called, left messages, called again, no replies. It is dead in my driveway, I am out 10 grand. This place is horrible. More
