We have purchased a used vehicle last Saturday, it needed a few repairs that the dealership was going to take care of. Initially it was suppose ro be ready on Monday, it was not. I specifically made an appointment for an oil change only. when I pulled my car in the garage at dealership. I told the young man I am here for oil change only. I checked in at the service desk and told only. when I pulled my car in the garage at dealership. I told the young man I am here for oil change only. I checked in at the service desk and told that man I am here for oil change only. When the service people were done with my car, I went to pay and the cashier said I owe $160. I said for an oil change. She said no they rotated your tires and also put an oil additive in my car ($40 for that). I was upset. I took my paperwork back to service desk and told the guy I said oil change only. He said that the paperwork said, oil change, tire rotation and oil additive. Same guy I told him oil change only when I pulled in. He would only take the tire rotation off. Sooo ended up paying $135, of that $40 of it for an additive that I did not ask for. Watch out for these guys adding thing s to your service agreement with out your knowledge and then think because I am a women that I would not know better about the price. More
