To start off, everything was going good, to the point I was comfortable with this dealer. They offered to deliver my truck to my work over 100 miles away due to a mechanical problem they said just popped u was comfortable with this dealer. They offered to deliver my truck to my work over 100 miles away due to a mechanical problem they said just popped up (even though the check engine light was on in the odometer photo on their website). The dealership was going to fix it the day after I bought it. While the salesmen was on his way to my work with my new purchase he called to advise me that he was close, he also stated that he was averaging 21 mpg. (I knew he was going down Vail Pass coasting, so I didn’t care) but yet I have not had the mpg’s that high…maybe I should try neutral and coast down. Whatever he’s a salesmen. After we traded trucks I was obviously planning to go over the truck with a fine tooth comb, what I found next I never would have expected…the passenger side front seatbelt was cut so bad that only about a ¼” of webbing was left to restrain a passenger. They did offer to fix it at no cost to me other than the four hour drive to Denver and back, I had them pay a dealer in Glenwood to fix it. Also during the whole seatbelt fiasco I also advised the salesmen that they failed to make sure that the owner’s manual was in the truck as it states in their 100 or so point check list… I wonder if seatbelts are on their check list??? Anyway it has been two months of phone calls and emails and still no owner’s manual. Oh ya it looks like a four year old painted the paint chips on the door and hood. More

I was particularly impressed that Bill and Tad made a computer and on-line access available so I could "complete my research" on-site, considering my wife and I arrived out of the blue without having done much of our homework already..... Only two "bads": Seemed to take forever. Process got drug out and we were there until 10:30PM. Also, a bit disappointed in the Cherokee's sticker gas mileage. Seems like this is something Jeep should be able to improve on. Overall, we're happy. Bill Squier was a total pleasure to work with and stuck with us through the very end until we drove off..... gt and Jeanie More
