We had a great buying experience at this dealer. I had contacted Bill via email about 3 to 4 weeks prior to purchase, and he did a nice job of maintaining contact up until the purchase. I returned from a year deployment to Afghanistan on July 4th. On July 5th I purchased a 2001 Dodge 2500 truck from this dealership along with a very expensive extended warranty. I figured since the truck wa 4th. On July 5th I purchased a 2001 Dodge 2500 truck from this dealership along with a very expensive extended warranty. I figured since the truck was used the warranty was a good idea. At the time of purchase, i pointed out a leaking wheel seal and a clutch fan that needed to be replaced. I was assured by my salesman, Ken that these items would be fixed at dealer expense. I had to report to duty for 2 weeks and needed a vehicle, so I arranged to bring the truck back later to have these items fixed. I drove the truck off the lot and the first time I had it on the highway for an extended period of time there was a notable miss and the check engine light came on! I called Ken (my salesmen) and was told not to worry about it, when I had a chance to bring the truck in and all items would be addressed. I brought the truck back for repairs when i was on leave, and the only thing they would agree to fix was the leaking wheel seal. I had to pay for the clutch fan (which I pointed out to them prior to purchase, and was LIED TO ABOUT FIXING). Additionally I had to pay for a tune up to replace plugs etc to fix the misfire. One would assume when you purchase a used vehicle from a dealership, that some sort of service/inspection has been done priot to them putting a vehicle on the lot. DO NOT ASSUME THAT ANY KIND OF SERVICE OR INSPECTION HAS BEEN DONE ON ANY USED VEHICLE YOU PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I was told by the service department that they "drove them down the road 12 miles"... that is it!!! They told me they would change the oil since it had not been done prior to selling. After picking up the truck and paying for repairs that they told me would not be covered by my warranty or their lies, I had to bring the truck back a 3rd time because they still had failed to give me my "free oil change". BOTTOM LINE, RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! The Sales Department lies to get the sale, and the service department is a joke. I regret spending a dime of my money here. A disappointed soldier. More
This has got to be the greatest experience I have had at any car dealership. Everyone was friendly, and I was able to shop with no hassle. All of the guys at Go Chrysler Jeep Southwest were helpful, friendly, and no-nonsense. They were willing to help but were never overbearing or pushy. Since I bought a pick up that was more expensive than I first got a quote over the phone the dealership gave me a better deal than I was quoted over the phone when I showed up. Let me first say what a class operation they have going on there! I was in contact with many dealerships/salesmen looking for a Jeep Unlimited Sport, but found many disappointments with all of their compet on there! Either they wouldn’t email or call me back or even try to give me the best deal they could, seems like there is a tremendous amount of apathy and an air of “this jeep will sell itself”. Not once did we ever feel like another number, and were treated with courtesy and respect, that means a lot to the both of us. Many times talking to a car salesman I feel like I am playing poker with a pro, and someone dealt me cards from the Uno deck. Everything was straightforward simple and almost stress free. any future vehicle will be purchased from GO Chrysler Jeep Southwest More
