My husband and I did a lot of research when searching for a used vehicle to help lower our gas costs. I had sent some e-mails back and forth to Phil, but when we showed up at the dealership, he was unavailable, so Gary helped us instead. Gary really took his time to show us the vehicle, test drive the car, and to look at other possible cars that may have been of interest to us. In the end, we decided to trade in my husband's Dodge Ram and purchase the Saab. My husband and I are on a very tight budget, as many people are right now, and Gary really bent over backwards to make the numbers right for us. We really appreciate all the work that went into our used car purchase and the time that everyone at the dealership spent with us, to make us feel comfortable about our purchase.
