The whole staff is very friendly. Highly recommend! The only issue I had was waiting on my vehicle for about 30 minutes after signing all the paperwork. But it was what looked like a busy afternoon. We bought our used truck on the condition that the dealership fix a dent in the rear fender, fix the windshield wipers, detail it, after cleaning it put the rubber mats in that we PAID for, then deliv dealership fix a dent in the rear fender, fix the windshield wipers, detail it, after cleaning it put the rubber mats in that we PAID for, then deliver it to Fort Collins for us the next evening as well as letting us keeping the truck for 3 days and if we found anything mechanically wrong we could bring it back or ask them to fix it. Sounds good right...wrong! They called us late afternoon to tell us that they could not deliver it when promised..after my husband and I had left work early - and we NEEDED the truck on promised day to pick up supplies to keep working. I called and to their credit they did tell us they could get the truck to us very late that night...what good does that do when all the stores are closed and we can't pick up supplies? So we agreed to meet them between 8:30 and 9:00 the next morning. What a joke - first they didn't show up until almost 11 and then instead of fixing the dent they PAINTED it, yeah that's what I said they painted it! Sorry but that is not my idea of fixing a dent, they did not have the mats in so they say they are going to fedex them to us but I guess we will see. So basically they have our back against a wall because we need the truck, don't have another day to waste taking the truck to Denver to get the dent actually fixed. They had the truck for over 24 hours and all they did was clean it and put new wiper blades on it...what a joke, on us I guess since we are the ones stuck with a dented clean truck with new wipers! Oh yeah the front end vibrates in corners so when our mechanic looked at it he told us it was either a unit bearing or a ball joint that needs replaced. So on our 3rd day we bring the truck back (for above mentioned misc fixes) and tell them that we want the front end fixed - it is a safety issue as well as a mechanical issue. They tell us they will fix it, told us it was fixed, then WE had to call the shop to remind them to charge the AC (which I don't think they did either) and we find out that they are not going to fix it because it is within tolerance and it does not need replaced. So long story later, They did not fix the mechanical issue that they told us they would and had fixed, did not actually fix the dent, didn't deliver the truck when promised, didn't remember the floor mats - oh but they did put wiper blades on it - GOOD job GO!! PS Don in financing was wonderful and very helpful! More
I was very impressed that I recieved a call about another truck after the first one did not work out. We came down and looked at the truck that was waiting for us. Even though it turned out not to be the right one, I still appreciate the effort on Bills part to notify me. We decided on a newer verison and our very pleased with it. I would recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking for a vehicle. Hopefully in the future we will be able to return for a brand new vehicle. More

Sam lied to us about the Dealer Service Fee. We found a minivan we were interested in on the go website, but didn't have the $ they had it listed for. My wife called Sam and he told us to come in and make minivan we were interested in on the go website, but didn't have the $ they had it listed for. In the end, he tried to sell it for $1000 than they originally said, including adding $700 in repairs they'd done and the $499.00 Dealer Service Fee, which Sam said there was no way of getting around. I looked the next day on the GO Website and it said "DEALER SERVICE FEE INCLUDED IN QUOTED PRICE." So Sam lied, contradicting what is explicity stated on their own website!! Besides that, the van was making a sound that we wanted them to fix before we'd even consider purchasing, but they kept trying to get us to sign and agreement nonetheless. My wife called Sam today to tell him we found he was lying about this fee, and that we, nor any of our friends would ever shop there. All he could say was "OK." More

I did not feel pressured and yet was presented with the information that assisted us in making an informed decision. Overall, dealing with Phil was very pleasant, I had email exchanges with him that were very specific and detailed, and the price was very reasonable. I contacted 8 dealerships in Colorado and Phil came in a exchanges with him that were very specific and detailed, and the price was very reasonable. I contacted 8 dealerships in Colorado and Phil came in approximately $1,000 lower than the others, on average. The sale proceeded quickly and Phil covered everything before, during and after the sale. The detailing folks missed a tag on the windshield, and forgot to remove a bit of sticky material on the windshield as well, but I consider this to be a non-issue, since I can remove it later myself. One minor issue was that the F&I representative (unfortunately, I cannot remember his name) was a bit pushy on the up-selling of coverage options that I did not need, especially on an all-cash purchase. The process was otherwise decently professional and quick, however. This was not enough to sour the entire purchase though, since everything else was above-board and everyone else was very friendly and helpful. More
