Since I bought a pick up that was more expensive than I first got a quote over the phone the dealership gave me a better deal than I was quoted over the phone when I showed up. Either they wouldn’t email or call me back or even try to give me the best deal they could, seems like there is a tremendous amount of apathy and an air of “this jeep will sell itself”. Not once did we ever feel like another number, and were treated with courtesy and respect, that means a lot to the both of us. Many times talking to a car salesman I feel like I am playing poker with a pro, and someone dealt me cards from the Uno deck. We had a negative experience on our previous purchase at another dealer but thanks to Dustin we will always buy at a GO dealer. My biggest compliment to Dustin was how he was able to make us feel comfortable with the entire process and was more like a friend helping us along the way. I would also like to give a shot out at the finance guy Donald House. He showed patience with us even though it was 8pm and he still had 3 more deals to close after us. Every detail was explained and all options were looked at which made us feel good about our big purchase. My overall experience with GO and its employees was great. I will have to say I am very surprised to feel so good about a car purchase. I would highly recommend this dealer to any of my friends and family. More
I think most people are like me and want to walk into a car dealership without feeling a need for a hazmat suit to protect against the slime. We don't want games, hassles or dishonesty. I experienced none of that from Go Chrysler Jeep Dodge Southwest. I had contacted Bill Squier about a 2008 Wrangler Unlimited and not only did they honor the Internet price I found, but also negotiated to meet my price requirements. When I bought the jeep the staff was courteous, respectful and wrapped everything up in a timely manner. That was mostly Bill Squier, but also the loan officer, Kevin Rasnick, answered all my questions about documents and loan parameters in an easy-to-understand way. He did go over warranties (what dealership doesn't?) but at no time did I feel pressured. Concerning the service department I can't say in any great detail as I just bought, but the next day took the jeep to my mechanic and it passed their rigorous inspection easily. So what I can say about them is they sold me a jeep in fine working order. For those who read this review, I encourage you to Google "Go Chrysler Jeep Dodge Southwest reviews" and note the considerable difference in positive reviews compared to some other dealerships. It's fairly dramatic. The best recommendation I can give is when it comes time for my next vehicle, Go Chrysler Jeep Dodge Southwest will be first, second and third in line. More
