My biggest compliment to Dustin was how he was able to make us feel comfortable with the entire process and was more like a friend helping us along the way. I would also like to give a shot out at the finance guy Donald House. He showed patience with us even though it was 8pm and he still had 3 more deals to close after us. Every detail was explained and all options were looked at which made us feel good about our big purchase. My overall experience with GO and its employees was great. I experienced none of that from Go Chrysler Jeep Dodge Southwest. I had contacted Bill Squier about a 2008 Wrangler Unlimited and not only did they honor the Internet price I found, but also negotiated to meet my price requirements. When I bought the jeep the staff was courteous, respectful and wrapped everything up in a timely manner. That was mostly Bill Squier, but also the loan officer, Kevin Rasnick, answered all my questions about documents and loan parameters in an easy-to-understand way. He did go over warranties (what dealership doesn't?) but at no time did I feel pressured. Concerning the service department I can't say in any great detail as I just bought, but the next day took the jeep to my mechanic and it passed their rigorous inspection easily. So what I can say about them is they sold me a jeep in fine working order. For those who read this review, I encourage you to Google "Go Chrysler Jeep Dodge Southwest reviews" and note the considerable difference in positive reviews compared to some other dealerships. It's fairly dramatic. The best recommendation I can give is when it comes time for my next vehicle, Go Chrysler Jeep Dodge Southwest will be first, second and third in line. More
