I had a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer that was starting to break down all the time and decided it was time to trade it in for something new. It wasn't much of a trade, but Phil and Charlie worked their magic to hel down all the time and decided it was time to trade it in for something new. It wasn't much of a trade, but Phil and Charlie worked their magic to help me get into the Jeep I really wanted (a 2011 Grand Cherokee with a V8 Hemi and lots of other toys :o). Any other dealer would not have gone the extra strides. I've never met a general manager as friendly as Charlie or a salesman as honest, informative, and patient as Phil. I visited several other dealerships in my search and walked out of one during negotiations because of their strong-arm method of working the deal and overall cold-hearted customer service. No other dealer treated me as well as Go Chrysler Jeep Dodge Southwest. Their customer service is unmatched. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I normally dread buying new vehicles. Not anymore! GO Chrysler Jeep Dodge Southwest is the only dealer I will use from now on and I will recommend them to everyone. Don't confuse them with the "west" GO dealer in Golden. Go to the one in Littleton. Southwest, not west. It is worth the drive if you are far away. More
This will be the fourth vehicle I have bought new. I have never been treated as well as I was here. John and Charles treated us as friends not just customers. But John was amazing as he called every step of the way he was so kind and I feel did more this his job requires he even went as far as to make sure we had transportation from the airport. The only day we were available was thursday so john also came in on his day off. He told me when we started he wants a customer to get exactly what they want and leave happy with what they want not something they were pushed into. John did a superb job at that he helped us pick a truck with everything we wanted and more. I really just want to thank them both once again and thank everything at go dodge southwest. Deal was made over phone. Deal as promised plus an additional 1K off asking price due to condition of trade-ins. I thought the cost of installed running boards and splash guards were excessive based additional 1K off asking price due to condition of trade-ins. I thought the cost of installed running boards and splash guards were excessive based on my internet searches. I had my truck box sprayed lined at Line-X in Colorado Springs for $425.00. The "Go" dealership wanted $490.00 for the same job. Again, expensive. Overall, we're very happy so far with the unit. I hope it pulls our travel trailer without problem. More
I looked at the vehicle that I purchased on the GO website weekly for about 4 weeks before I came in. We needed a new vehicle; we knew what we had in mind and pretty much what we thought we wanted. Sam Torres at Go Chrysler Jeep met us on the lot and he was so engaging, asking the right questions to be abl pretty much what we thought we wanted. Sam Torres at Go Chrysler Jeep met us on the lot and he was so engaging, asking the right questions to be able to determine our needs - then he proceeded to show us four different vehicles that were within our parameters. He made sure that we test drove them all and he showed us all the differences in each vehicle from the last one we'd driven, helping us to see all the qualities of each car. Never was he pushy nor did he rush us in making our choices. Infact he actually took the rag top off one of the models so allow us to see the process and how it all worked - that was a huge part of my decisions of which one to buy - as I felt that not only was the rag top a bit too noisy for my needs (as I drive a fairly long distance each day) I also felt it was too much work to remove it and put it back on - we went with the "covertible 3 piece hard top" which is much easier to deal with. I work in retail and I understand the concept of Customer Service very well - In fact I would tell my associates that I do NOT want them to be car salesman when dealing with our customer - It's not "What will it take to get you into this jacket today" - but I must say that after dealing with Sam I need to rephrase my words - as Sam did all the things I would want my Associates to do when dealing with a customer, he was engaging, informative and most of all he listened to what we needed and wanted - putting our needs before his own and he spent pretty much the whole afternoon with us and still I felt that we could walk away at any time without making a purchase and he would have been just a gracious with us. No pressure what so ever - but he also showed great confidence in his own ability to make the sale. Now that the sale has been made he has been great about following up with us and making sure that we are still very happy with our new Jeep Wrangler. I would surely recommend Sam to anyone looking for Great Customer Service!!! More

Once I got there they already had my trade-in evaluation in progress and the new jeep I was interested was already out and waiting for me. I wasn't pressured in any way at all. In fact, everyone I worked with went out of their to make me feel comfortable. The price was right, the trade in was right, the financing was right, so I simply can't ask for anything more when buying a car. More
