I bought my new used car 2 1/2 weeks ago.I am happy to say that it was a most pleasant experience in every way. I dealt with most of the employees at one point or another in the transaction. All of them were courteous, helpful, and did not waste my time.I received a fair price for my trade in car and thorough attention was given to me to make sure I new how to operate my "new"car as we could not find the manual at that time.(I did find it later.)By the time I left, I felt I had made some friends and even invited the employees to my dance concert. I started calling Colorado dealers from California about 3 weeks before coming out to buy my son a car. I called at least 6 other dealers before coming across Phil St. Romaine. As opposed to the other sales people I spoke to, Phil was patient with me, asked me about what I needed and answered all my questions. Even if it was the 3rd time I asked the same question! Some of the other dealers I spoke with were either too busy to listen to me, too arrogant, or else they just didnt seem to "get" what I needed to make this work. So I arrived in Denver on a Friday, picked up my son in Boulder and met Phil to start looking at the cars we had narrowed it down too. We picked a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 2010, white, with low mileage. I wasn't easy to work with because my husband was impossible to get ahold of since he was traveling so much. But Phil made it work and I drove the jeep up to my son in boulder on Monday so I could fly home Tuesday. More

I actually went to this Dealer to look at a used Jeep Wrangler they had advertised, once I got to the Dealership I didn’t really like the way the used one was set up. Phil was great in showing the one I Wrangler they had advertised, once I got to the Dealership I didn’t really like the way the used one was set up. Phil was great in showing the one I came to see but when I didn’t like it he suggested we look at a new one they had in stock set up the way I wanted. I immediately got the sick feeling in my stomach we are all used to when we start discussing new vehicle purchase since we are so used to high pressure salesmen and all the junk that comes with it. I want to state very strongly Phil was not what I was used to; there was not a high pressure sales pitch. I was once again surprised with the whole process once I decided to buy. There was not all the number juggling usually associated with buying new that makes your head spin with numbers being moved everywhere with little explanation. I was given a straight price on my trade in; financing was explained straight forward and the numbers were very clear. I would and do highly recommend Phil and this Dealership. Not all the sickening sales pitches and Houdini number moving you have to be an Accountant to follow. I had a bad experience with another Go dealer on a vehicle purchase last year and was very skeptical with Go but this one was different. Thanks Phil for making this one less of a nightmare buy. More
First off, let me start by saying not all GO dealerships are the same. I went to the GO Jeep in Golden and got xxxx poor service. They tried to bait and switch me into buying a more expensive Cherokee because they "traded out" the car I fell in love with, with a more expensive one with features I didn't even want. They didn't try to deal with me at all and expected me to pay full MSRP for a car. I'm a finance major, pulled out my calculator and told them what's up, and basically to kiss my a**. They said "you should look for a Jeep with a smaller engine because it's not going to be cheap if you want a V8." When I walked in the door at the SW location, I was absolutely blown away. It was a black and white difference from the other GO dealership I went to. Not only was the customer service amazing, the prices were reasonable, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. The car buying process was quick and easy, I didn't even have to haggle on a price that I wanted. I got my dream car, the V8 engine I wanted, and I paid LESS than the other dealership wanted me to pay for a V6. I can't say enough about this dealership. Thank you Phil and Tad, you honestly made this whole process worth it, and you made it fun. More
