This dealership performed in the most professional manner possible in aspects of my purchase experience. We needed a new vehicle; we knew what we had in mind and pretty much what we thought we wanted. He made sure that we test drove them all and he showed us all the differences in each vehicle from the last one we'd driven, helping us to see all the qualities of each car. Never was he pushy nor did he rush us in making our choices. Infact he actually took the rag top off one of the models so allow us to see the process and how it all worked - that was a huge part of my decisions of which one to buy - as I felt that not only was the rag top a bit too noisy for my needs (as I drive a fairly long distance each day) I also felt it was too much work to remove it and put it back on - we went with the "covertible 3 piece hard top" which is much easier to deal with. I work in retail and I understand the concept of Customer Service very well - In fact I would tell my associates that I do NOT want them to be car salesman when dealing with our customer - It's not "What will it take to get you into this jacket today" - but I must say that after dealing with Sam I need to rephrase my words - as Sam did all the things I would want my Associates to do when dealing with a customer, he was engaging, informative and most of all he listened to what we needed and wanted - putting our needs before his own and he spent pretty much the whole afternoon with us and still I felt that we could walk away at any time without making a purchase and he would have been just a gracious with us. No pressure what so ever - but he also showed great confidence in his own ability to make the sale. Now that the sale has been made he has been great about following up with us and making sure that we are still very happy with our new Jeep Wrangler. I would surely recommend Sam to anyone looking for Great Customer Service!!! More

They helped me get into a used car that I could afford and out of a car I could no longer afford. They gave me about $3000 more for my trade in then any other dealer was offering.
