My car would not start so we assumed it was the battery. I took it to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Valencia, CA. Beware of this dealers service department. I wanted the battery issue repaired. Hugo the I took it to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Valencia, CA. Beware of this dealers service department. I wanted the battery issue repaired. Hugo the service agent that helped us put our battery on a meter and told me it needed to be replaced. He printed me the estimate and it was $1200. I asked him why and he told me that the car needed all these services done to it also. I told him oil change and battery only and remove the rest. He reprinted the estimate and it went down to $502.00. Then a few hours later he calls me because I hadn’t answered a text that he sent me. I looked at it and it was another estimate for almost $1600! He told me on the phone that the battery would be $550.00 with an $80.00 installation fee! I was blown away by this I assumed since he already tested my battery that it would be included in the original estimate. No the original estimate wasn’t to do anything to the car only inspect!!! By the way I went else where and there isn’t anything wrong with the battery, it was only a dead battery on the fob which made it unreadable and the car wouldn’t start. Hugo argued with me over the phone and in the dealer. He told me you signed the estimate and he said that he explained it to me. He is a liar and working on commission tripping people off. I tried calling Dennis the supervisor, he won’t return my calls. Save yourself and go to a better dealer this one is horrible, reminds me of what Pep Boys does! They constantly telling you things are wrong with your car and it is fine! More

Was told by Naomi service advisor it would be 1-2 days for diagnostic, ended up being 8 days before they even initiated the diagnostic. No communication from them unless I call first. Veronicia was my service adviser. She was very helpful and was willing to work with me. My Pacifica had the Auto Start/Stop error light on; I was told it would be 2 to 4 days before i She was very helpful and was willing to work with me. My Pacifica had the Auto Start/Stop error light on; I was told it would be 2 to 4 days before it would be diagnosed. I needed the car the next day. Since it has been in twice before with the same error and the resolution being bad batteries - I requested that the batteries be changed, don't do the diagnostic and that I would take responsibility. She did inform me and made sure I was aware of the consequences of not having the diagnostic done and that if changing the batteries didn't fix the problem it would need to be diagnosed. Changing the batteries did clear the diagnostic light. She kept me informed during the process and was great to work with. I do like the videos with recommended service and shows what was done. More
